Terrestris Global Solutions, LLC wins a multi-million-dollar five (5) year federal subcontract with our partner UpSlope Advisors at the Small Business Administration (SBA) through STARS III. Terrestris is providing call center specialists nationwide who are tasked with providing call center and customer service support for Small Business Administration clients. Terrestris will be providing technical assistance to SBA inquiries through the following: Current and potential small businesses, the White House portal, Congressional offices, lenders, borrowers, and local/state/federal agencies. Many of the responses are time sensitive, and as such our team will be required to provide responses that are prompt as well as performed with a high level of accuracy. As a small business who has been a customer of the SBA we are excited to give back by helping the SBA to ignite change and spark action so small businesses can confidently start, grow, expand, or recover.
