Terrestris, LLC is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Training Division. Under this contract, Terrestris will help plan, manage, and execute career development programs for FBI personnel and partner agencies. The team will deliver customized curriculum development services that follow the FBI’s Technical Manual for Training Development and use a structured Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process to meet the Bureau’s evolving training needs.

Terrestris will apply the ADDIE model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—to create and enhance high-quality, mission-driven training programs. In addition to curriculum development, Terrestris will provide program management and support services such as graphic design, web development, eLearning, animation, video production, and administrative support. These will be available for use across the agency.
