Terrestris, LLC Awarded 5 year prime contract supporting Financial Administration and Accounting Services in Support of Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund (CTOF)

Terrestris to support CTOF funds 

Washington, D.C. –  September 28, 2023 – Terrestris, has been awarded a new 5 year prime contract in support of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund
(CTOF), Terrestris, LLC will enhance
active-duty members, their families, and the broader military community through
strengthened financial administration and Financial support services.

Terrestris will
provide budget data analysis to the Resource Management Working Group (RMWG).
Terrestris will prepare agendas, gather budget information, record meeting
minutes, and contribute to informed decision-making. These roles play a pivotal role
in this mission by providing comprehensive financial support and coordination.
Responsibilities include managing CTOF budgets, ensuring alignment with the
vision set forth by the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Chaplain, and facilitating
the development of future budgets. Supporting the development of future-year
fund budgets conducting annual fund training, and meticulously documenting the
training in the Fund Continuity File

In addition to financial oversight, the Terrestris Financial
analysts will serve as a central point of contact between the local
installation chapel team and the CTOF Accounting Section (CCAC). This
collaborative effort ensures centralized accounting, tax reporting, and
effective management of CTOF accounts worldwide. Terrestris will provide
administrative support functions and work closely with the Base Chaplain,
offering a wide variety of administrative services within the Chaplain Corps. Coordination
and Approval: The Account Manager coordinates with chapel staff, monitors the
budget, approves funding documents, reviews accounting reports for accuracy,
and provides expert guidance on CTOF funding trends.
