Terrestris Delivers Full-Service Life Support to HAZMAT Teams Responding to California Wildfires
Southern California — July 11, 2025 –
Following the federal disaster declaration in Southern California in January of 2025, Terrestris LLC rapidly deployed integrated life support operations in direct support of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) cleanup efforts led by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and supporting agencies.
Within 48 hours of receiving the Notice to Proceed, Terrestris established full operational capability across two sites, delivering hotel-based lodging, daily meal service, fueling, and laundry support for over 200 personnel. Each response group was centrally housed in a single 4-star hotel to simplify logistics, strengthen team coordination, and promote comfort during high-tempo fieldwork.

Terrestris also provided daily fueling support for mission vehicles, coordinating secure delivery of military-grade fuel reliably and on-time. Seven-day-a-week laundry service ensured 48-hour turnaround with strict attention to accountability, garment care, and uniform readiness.
Throughout the deployment, Terrestris remained agile and responsive, adapting service levels to meet changing mission demands. On-site managers conducted daily quality checks to uphold food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
