Dumfries, VA July 07, 2024 – Terrestris is proud to announce its recent award for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide facility support recruitment services across various National Institutes of Health (NIH) facilities. Under this agreement, Terrestris staff will deliver comprehensive human resources (HR) services, assisting NIH with staffing, recruitment, processing, classification, and position management.

Out of a competitive field with over 19 offers received, Terrestris emerged as one of the two companies awarded this BPA. The selection was based on a best-value tradeoff evaluation, including Phase I and Phase II oral presentations, demonstrating Terrestris’ superior capabilities.

Terrestris will facilitate commercial recruiting activities, utilizing industry best practices to present highly skilled candidates to NIH. These candidates will navigate the USAJobs process, supported by Terrestris recruiters, and ultimately be selected by NIH’s Human Resources Department. This collaboration aims to enhance NIH’s hiring mission, aligning with its HR objectives and programs.

Since 2021, Terrestris has been recognized for exceptional performance in staffing, recruitment, and HR services for various federal agencies.
