Terrestris, LLC is proud to announce the award of its 8th prime contract at the U.S. Army War College. Under this new award, Terrestris will provide comprehensive student coordination and logistical support for the Department of Distance Education (DDE) Resident Courses within the School of Strategic Landpower.

Terrestris will support both the First Resident Course (FRC) and Second Resident Course (SRC) as part of the Distance Education Program (DEP). Our team will manage end-to-end course operations, ensuring clear and consistent communication with government officials and delivering detailed reports on progress and performance.

Our Resident Course Support Coordinators will handle critical planning tasks, including transportation, lodging, meals, event coordination, and student engagement support. Terrestris ensures the successful execution of classroom instruction, lectures, staff rides, and seminar activities—evaluating outcomes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

In addition to operational support, Terrestris will coordinate all logistics related to student travel and staff rides across the country. These events include key engagements in Washington, D.C., such as visits to embassies, the Pentagon, Congress, and the White House, as well as historical battlefield visits across the United States. Dining options will be carefully curated and aligned with transportation schedules to ensure seamless, efficient, and accessible meal services throughout each student’s training experience.
