Dumfries, VA, February 26, 2024 – Terrestris proudly announces its latest achievement, securing a 5-year prime contract to support the Arkansas Air National Guard’s Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). This milestone signifies a significant partnership as Terrestris assumes a pivotal role in providing crucial customer support, course development, and training assistance to the Arkansas Air National Guard.

The ATRRS is a vital online system that seamlessly integrates manpower requirements for individual training with the resourcing processes and execution of training programs. Serving as an essential automation support tool, ATRRS facilitates the establishment of training requirements, management of class schedules, allocation of class quotas, seat reservations, and student attendance records. Terrestris’ dedicated staff will collaborate with all 54 Air National Guard states and territories, utilizing the Training Resources Arbitration Panel (TRAP) system to update training requirements and process student ATRRS applications. Additionally, Terrestris will build courses and allocate quotas to support approved off-line Training Resources Arbitration Panel (TRAP) requests.

In addition to course development and allocation, Terrestris will provide comprehensive national answer desk support for the Air National Guard Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATTRS). This support extends to all 54 states and territories, as well as National Guard Bureaus-Tri staff, through technical assistance and customer service. Terrestris will also offer technical support for all 54 states and territories concerning course data.
