Terrestris Awarded 5-Year Contract to Enhance IRS Criminal Investigation User Support Helpdesk

[Dumfries VA], [December 21 2023] – Terrestris, a leading provider of technology support services has been awarded a 5-year prime contract supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Investigation (CI) User Support (US) Helpdesk (HD IT Contract). Terrestris will provide essential support to over 4,000 customers at more than 250 posts across all U.S. and international offices.

Terrestris will improve IRS operations by providing services to enhance the existing government Helpdesk specialists with responding to customer demand for support. In addition to responding to customers via the telephone and other services, Terrestris will help educate the customers regarding options for self- service, as appropriate, and process tickets from the various ticket queues.
