Terrestris Awarded a Red Team Training Contract for US Space Command

Terrestris has been awarded a sole-source 5-year contract providing instructional development for red team training for US Space Command thanks to a new alliance with Red Team Thinking, the world’s leading provider of comprehensive red team training, facilitation, and support.

“We are glad that SPACECOM has entrusted us with this important mission,” said Terrestris CEO Alex Horti. “Red teaming is designed to help leaders at every level make better decisions, to identify risks and opportunities, and to stress-test their strategies and plans. We look forward to working with Red Team Thinking to provide this critical capability to other branches of the military and other government agencies.”

Red Team Thinking’s proprietary approach to red teaming does not require a dedicated team, but instead trains leaders at every level to use red teaming tools and techniques to make better decisions, craft resilient plans, and develop the confidence necessary to lead their teams in today’s complex and challenging operating environment. RTT has provided this training to scores of corporations, government agencies, and militaries in the United States and around the world – including the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, STRATCOM, Australian Defence Force, British Ministry of Defence, and NATO.

“We are pleased to be partnering with Terrestris to bring this game-changing capability to more branches of the military,” said Bryce Hoffman, founder and president of Red Team Thinking. “Applied critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential to success in today’s volatile and uncertain operating environment. These are the skills we teach, and they have been proven effective from the battlefield to the boardroom. By combining our knowledge of red teaming with Terrestris’ proven approach to delivery, we can provide government clients with the skills they need to succeed in their mission today, and tomorrow.”
