Terrestris, LLC has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI), to provide Windows Client Operating System Support and Onsite Services in support of IRS-CI Technology Operations.

Under the contract, Terrestris will provide User Support and Client Management Support Services that help ensure IRS-CI personnel have secure, reliable, and mission-ready technology to conduct complex financial and criminal investigations. IRS-CI Technology Operations supports approximately 3,700 employees operating across domestic and international locations.

Terrestris will provide program and project management, technical and help desk support, onsite field office support, endpoint and software lifecycle management, test laboratory support, IT asset and warehouse logistics, technical documentation, and organizational readiness support. The team will also support the testing, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of hardware and software used throughout the IRS-CI environment.

The work directly supports IRS-CI’s ability to maintain a secure and modern technology environment while minimizing disruptions to investigative operations. Terrestris will help IRS-CI introduce and manage evolving technologies, improve the user experience, maintain endpoint readiness, and provide responsive technical support to personnel carrying out the agency’s law enforcement mission.
