Our teams provide civil engineering, site planning, and design support, then bring in the crews, equipment, and materials to prepare sites, build transportation and utility infrastructure, and stand up complete, operational facilities on compressed timelines. We move from Notice to Proceed to mobilization fast, and we keep the schedule tight all the way to full operation.
Every project is engineered to the federal, defense, transportation, safety, and environmental standards the mission requires. We sustain what we build with preventive maintenance, rapid repair, and around-the-clock support, and when temporary missions end, we demobilize completely and restore the site to its original condition, with inspections and full documentation at every handoff.
Civil Engineering & Site Development
We provide civil engineering and site development services that turn undeveloped or underused land into mission-ready sites. Our capabilities include site surveys, grading and earthwork, excavation, drainage and stormwater management, erosion control, and foundation preparation. We coordinate design, permitting, and construction under one team, delivering sites that are safe, stable, and ready for the facilities and infrastructure built on them.
Roads, Bridges & Transportation Infrastructure
Mission success depends on the ability to move people, equipment, and supplies. We build, repair, and maintain roads, bridges, parking areas, airfield pavements, and access routes, including paving, resurfacing, culverts, and traffic control. Our teams plan work to minimize disruption to installation traffic and operations, delivering durable transportation infrastructure that meets federal and state engineering standards.
Utilities & Infrastructure Systems
We design, install, and upgrade the utility systems that keep facilities and installations running, including water and wastewater lines, storm drainage, underground electrical and communications conduit, and utility connections. Every system is built to the applicable UFC and code requirements, tested before handoff, and documented so it can be operated and maintained with confidence for years to come.
Expeditionary Base Camp Construction
We design, build, and sustain complete base camps and life support areas scaled to the mission, from small teams to large-scale deployments. Our camps are configured to DoD standards for non-permanent facilities and include climate-controlled billeting, flooring, lighting, and power, along with perimeter fencing, sanitation, and hygiene facilities. A modular approach lets us expand quickly or support multiple dispersed sites at once.
Engineered Temporary HVAC & Cooling
We engineer temporary climate-control solutions that hold required temperature and humidity levels in any environment, from extreme heat to large open interiors. Our teams size equipment to the space and load, design air distribution for even coverage, and manage drainage and heat rejection. Systems are installed with minimal disruption to operations and maintained around the clock.
Power Generation & Electrical Distribution
Reliable power is the backbone of every temporary facility. We deliver, install, and operate generators and electrical distribution systems sized for peak demand, providing primary and backup power to keep critical systems running. Our team also manages fuel operations and routine generator service to ensure uninterrupted power while reducing environmental risk.
Construction Equipment, MHE & Crane Services
We provide the heavy equipment that site preparation, material movement, and infrastructure placement depend on, including earthmoving equipment, dump trucks, forklifts, cranes, fuel trucks, and light towers. All equipment is delivered mission-capable, inspected, and documented. We also supply construction and barrier materials and provide operator familiarization when needed.
Installation, Sustainment & Demobilization
We manage the full project lifecycle under a dedicated manager, from installation planning, delivery, and staging through daily operation and maintenance. Our teams respond quickly to repair or replace equipment when issues arise. At the end of the mission, we remove everything we installed and restore the site to its original condition.
