Terrestris recorded an Inc. verified three-year revenue growth rate of 8,345% from 2022 to 2025.
In addition to its No. 26 overall ranking, Terrestris earned recognition as:
- No. 2 in Government Services
- No. 2 in Virginia
“Moving from No. 185 to No. 26 is a tremendous honor, but what matters most is what stands behind that progress,” said Alex Horti, CEO of Terrestris. “Our growth has come from doing the fundamentals well. As a company, we operate with discipline, make thoughtful hiring decisions, invest in our people, and remain accountable to the agencies and missions we support. We are proud to create opportunities for our team members to build meaningful, long-term careers while contributing to work that matters.”
Terrestris attributes its sustained growth to disciplined and responsible business practices, including strong financial management, scalable operating processes, investment in quality and cybersecurity, careful workforce planning, and a consistent focus on customer outcomes. The company maintains a DCAA-approved accounting system, ISO-certified management processes, and CMMC Level 2 certification, providing a strong operational foundation for supporting sensitive and mission-critical government requirements.
At the center of that growth is Terrestris’ investment in its workforce. The company focuses on attracting talented professionals who bring leadership, adaptability, accountability, and a mission-first mindset to their work. Terrestris also places an emphasis on creating opportunities for employees to build lasting careers, develop new skills, take on greater responsibility, and advance within the organization.
That approach is grounded in a straightforward belief: strong government partners are built by strong teams. By investing in its employees and developing talent from within, Terrestris is building a highly capable workforce prepared to meet evolving agency requirements while creating meaningful professional opportunities for the people behind the mission.
“Our ability to serve our customers begins with the strength of our team,” said Lucas Berg, President and co-founder of Terrestris. “We want our employees to see a future here. That means developing leaders from within, recognizing strong performance, and giving people opportunities to expand their skills and responsibilities. When our people grow, Terrestris becomes an even more capable and dependable partner to the government.”
As Terrestris continues to expand, the company remains focused on responsible growth that strengthens its ability to serve federal agencies without sacrificing quality, accountability, efficiency, or its people-first culture. Its professionals support government missions in the United States and internationally across professional services, technology, logistics, workforce development, program management, and operational support.
The company’s growth reflects a model centered on disciplined execution, responsible stewardship of resources, a skilled and accountable workforce, and a commitment to delivering measurable value for government customers. As agencies look for capable partners that can operate efficiently and respond to changing mission requirements, Terrestris remains focused on earning that trust through performance, responsiveness, and the strength of its people.
