Terrestris is proud to announce the successful completion of its task order supporting the Government of El Salvador’s fire department through the U.S. Army Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Preparedness (HA/DP) program.

Operating in embedded collaboration with host-nation personnel, Terrestris delivered on-site, on-the-job, and distance-learning training formats supported by bilingual Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The team procured and installed anti-explosion SCBA filling stations at four strategic locations, providing both technical infrastructure and operational training in support of local emergency response readiness.

To promote long-term impact, Terrestris implemented a multi-year preventative maintenance plan, conducted comprehensive equipment inspections at delivery, and launched a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and verifying training participation.

All vendors were screened through OFAC and Department of State lists, with in-country assessments conducted for safety, performance, and accountability.
